SeAscape can offer:
- A pool of possible Tenants who have the offer of our Guarantee and are looking for a property. This saves the Landlord the expense of advertising empty properties.
- The assurance that SeAscape will not knowingly help a tenant into a property which is not suitable or affordable.
- The assurance of a written Guarantee against which claims can be made.
- Assistance to Tenants to ensure Local Housing Allowance claims are made correctly and promptly.
- Monitoring of progress of Local Housing Allowance claims and liaison with that Department.
- Assistance to Tenants to enable them to apply for Discretionary Housing Payment, if appropriate.
- Offer of ongoing support and assistance to Tenants to help to ensure a successful tenancy.
- Accepting a SeAscape Guarantee does not affect the Landlords' right to choose whom they accept as tenants.
