Flat-sharing
The demand for one bedroom accommodation in South Ayrshire far exceeds the supply.
There is also a problem for many young people under 25 because their benefits will probably not cover the cost of a flat. To provide a possible solution, SeAscape has introduced a scheme called 2Share which helps match two individuals to share a two bedroom property.

Will provide "prepare to share" sessions to enable you to understand the basics of running a successful tenancy, will also match you with a potential flatmate and we can help you a find suitable affordable property if required.
