If you are in housing need and wish to rent a property from a private landlord but you do not have the money for a depoist you can apply to SeAscape for help.
For Tenants
SeAScape offers a Rent Deposit Guarantee Scheme, a flat sharing scheme, tenancy support and befriending. This range of services helps people from when they first apply to SeAscape for help until they are well settled into their new home.
For Landlords
SeAscape can provide a range of services to assist Landlords who accept SeAscape clients as tenants.
Flat Sharing
SeAscape understand the shortage of one bedroom and bedsit properties. Sharing a two bedroom property is a possible solution. "2Share" provides "prepare to share" sessions to enable you to understand the basics of running a successful tenancy, matching you with a suitable flatmate and locating a suitable property.
Tenacy Support
SeAscape has a team of Support Workers offering a tenancy support service tailored to the needs of each individual tenant.
Befriending
SeAscape's Befriending Service has trained befrienders who are matched with existing SeAscape clients to help them become more self reliant, widen there social networks, meet new friends and feel more settled in their accommodation.
