Our People

Margaret McDowall is the SeAscape Co-ordinator and manages the organisation. Margaret also works directly on the rent deposit scheme together with our Admin. Assistant, Julie Fairbairn. Much of the rent deposit work is carried out by our volunteer interviewers.

Jackie Alexander is our Contract Liaison, Quality Control and Compliance Officer handling much of the background facts and figures for the organisation and helped by our Admin. Assistant Billy Boyle handling accounts and invoices etc. She also handles all our referrals to the scheme both for support and for the rent deposit ably assisted by our assessment worker Jim Houston.

Jim Montgomery and Selma Stockey are our Befriending Co-ordinators running a team of volunteer befrienders and our new group befriending sessions held at the Salvation Army Cafe, Ayr Community Church, John Street, Ayr on a Thursday morning.

Tom Munro at the head of our Tenancy Support Team: Sheena Stewart, Elizabeth Smillie, Margaret Scott, Emma McGarva, Wilma Howie, Nancy Agnew, Sconaid Clark, Tom Tait, Marie Ure, Kirsty McClure, Fallon Heggie, Jim Montgomery, Karen McKinlay, Jim Houston, Selma Stockey, Catherine Brotherston (support team leader), Louise Currie, Shirley Holland, Lesley McGilvary and Dee Craig are all well quallified and hard working members of the team. 

George MacPhail is the Project Worker on the 2Share scheme, a flat sharing scheme to help two individuals to share a two bedroom property. George also manages our supported accommodation projects and is our senior support worker.

Rick Bamford is our Landlord Liaison Worker who finds properties for clients and also arranges viewings, checks on the safety and other necessary requirements for each property and liaises with landlords.

John McCreadie our Pre-tenancy Support Worker provides intensive support to clients when they find and first move into their new home through the rent deposit scheme.
