Helping People in Housing Need in South Ayrshire

SeAscape provides a rent deposit guarantee scheme, tenancy support and a befriending service.

Since 1999, we have helped people aged sixteen and over who are in housing need and wish to rent a property from a private landlord but do not have the deposit.

Clients can be referred by South Ayrshire Council, other agencies or self refer by calling in person at the office to make an inquiry or to attend our drop-in interview to complete application.

Each year SeAscape helps around 180 households to find suitable affordable accommodation and provide on-going housing support.
